Flying was certainly different. Up till now, she'd been ground bound, not sure if any sentient being could fly. It was certainly useful, as Calypso transcended any usual obstacles, not even mentioning its far higher speed; of course, Calypso was a winged being. It was debatable what speed a wingless being like herself would be able to fly at. She spent most the flight pondering this.
She wondered what the human village looked like. Perhaps it was more advanced, perhaps less advanced than the outside world. She supposed though that she would have little to offer if they could easily make things that she could, unless she could make them either far cheaper, or significantly more effective than mass produced variations.

Calypso Calypso didn't mind that Sumiko was quiet throughout the flight. It continued on, starry wings fluttering and carrying the two over the trees. Soon, they approached the human village. The wooden rooftops came into view first, and luckily, Calypso had long since been recognized as a friendly and harmless youkai, so their descent was uneventful and Calypso was able to land lightly at the main gate leading into the town and gently set Sumiko down. A quick glance would show that the village's houses were old-fashioned and built of... probably wood. In terms of technology, there were no obvious signs of anything near the level of the outside world. "Here we are. You'll be alright from here, I take it? Hey, if you ever need me for anything, I live in the hills behind the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, so if you figure out some spellcards, feel free to come visit me anytime," Calypso said, giving a friendly smile.

The structures appeared to be vastly less advanced than the ones back home, to be certain. At the least this would mean that she'd be able to sell her magical technology, or at least she hoped it meant she could.
"Hmm... Well, thank you." she told it.

Calypso Calypso smiled. It was nice to be thanked. Maybe it should help people out more often. "No problem. Take care now!" Calypso waved, figuring she'd be fine from here, and with a flutter of its starry wings, flew off just as easily and quickly as it had brought Sumiko here, leaving her by herself by the village's gates. According to Calypso, though, this was a safe place to leave her, so hopefully it'd all be okay.
